OMG LOLZ NEW COMIC!!!!! Or maybe not.
Hello Picklepeople. We are currently working upon the next issue of Pickleman (which may have something to do with the supernatural...) and were wondering if you might have any suggestions for where or how we could distribute it. It should be ready by mid-August or late September, so if anyone is interested in purchasing a copy and has a suggestion as to how or where we could sell it, please tell us and enlighten the world with your wisdom. If you are not interested in purchasing a copy then either push off, or just send us the money. That's fine too.

Pickleman has left the building
Yes, the second day of MCM Expo is finally over, and we have managed to make our way home with joyful hearts and aching feet. As before, we'd like to say thankyou to everyone who bought an issue, and particularly to people who said nice things about Pickleman. Thankyou also to the people who said "Maybe later" and did actually come back later - you restored our faith in something or other. We also appreciated quite how many of you bought an issue because "I know what it's like trying to sell a comic" - the support of the artistic community was cheering.
We'd also like to send an apology to the lovely person in the grey top hat who, on Saturday, we told to "Buy an issue or go away", because you were scaring our customers. We're very sorry for our lapse in courtesy, and we hope that you weren't too offended.
More thanks too to the people inside the convention who gave us tips on how to proceed with Pickleman - maybe we'll be there with a stall next year.
Now, after all that grateful ramble, we'd just like to remind you to periodically check up on this blog and/or Facebook page if you enjoyed the comic, as we should be posting comic strips some time in the future, and will also be notifying you of any new issues of Pickleman. Furthermore, if you would like another copy of Pickleman Genesis, or just missed out one the first time, we've left ten at Comicana in Central London, so you can pick one up there.
Once again, thankyou Picklepeople - your support means a lot to us.

First Day of MCM Expo
Hello, Picklepeople.
Firstly, we would like to say a huge thankyou to all of you that bought Pickleman at the Expo today - we really appreciate it. Secondly, we would like to say an even larger thankyou to all of you that then came back and said nice things to us about the comic - it helped to combat the fear that everyone thought it was rubbish.
We had a good day, and were not arrested, although we were told that there was to be "no leafleting".
Many people expressed admiration for our frog-patterned over-undergarments (Primark - surprisingly decent sometimes), and many others told us to "keep the change" which, again, we really do appreciate.
If you enjoyed Pickleman and would appreciate the second issue, then please drop us a line at picklecomics@hotmail.co.uk, or just leave a comment here. Also, if you really hated it or just think it could be better, then please leave a comment - your constructive criticism is important to us.
For those of you that were unable to buy a copy, or who were so taken by it that you want more copies of Pickleman for your friends and family, we will be at the Expo tomorrow as well, or you could alternatively just send us an email.
Once again, thankyou, and we hope to see you there tomorrow.

MCM Expo
Where?: London Expo
When?: This weekend
What?: Two morons walking up and down the queue, selling Pickleman:Genesis while wearing green lycra catsuits and red capes.
Why?: It is their only hope for a future. Either that, or the drugs are starting to take a serious effect.
What have I got to do with this?: You can come and support us, either by forking up the forty p. necessary for a copy of the comic, or just shout abuse at us. Whatever floats your boat. (Geek note: It's buoyancy.)
But please, do show your support, either through being there, or just by forcing your friends and family to - it might give your dull life a sense of meaninfulness, which has previously been lacking. Or it might just make you want to shoot something. See you there.

All apologies...
Yes, this is yet another uninteresting apologetic post, in which we explain exactly we have not or will not be posting for a while and then proceed to assume that this makes everything okay and that our fans are now content.
So, here goes.
Sorry for not posting for a while, we have been revising for exams. Or at least half-heartedly trying to, and occasionally panicking and revising studiously for a few days before returning to our usual habits.
Sorry that we won't be posting for a while, because we will be having exams.
However, something that may be cheering to you (although it may make you even more miserable) is that we will be at London MCM Expo this May. Oh yes. THAT London MCM Expo. Admittedly, we haven't got a stall inside - we intend to sell comics outside, while walking up and down the queue. We'll be wearing green lycra catsuits and red capes, so we should be hard to miss. Come along, and support your favourite comic book hero. (Or at least your favourite vegetable comic book hero. Not counting Asparagus Guy.)
Anyway, must dash - got to do some revision.

Wow.
We just checked out the Pickleman Facebook page, and, my oh my, we were mightily astounded. We have more than fifty fans. That is more people than the one of us who writes has ever spoken to.
We are intensely grateful to you for your devotion to Pickleman, and the social sacrifice you all made in clicking that button. And because we appreciate what you've all done, we'd like to give you a not-quite-as-good-as-some-of-their-other-comics comic. Enjoy.
